I guess there was an eclipse

There was a solar eclipse last weekend. The local news said we’d be able to see it here in San Luis Obispo County and that the peak time for eclipse viewing would be around 6:20PM. We went outside right about that time and this is what the sun looked like:

We didn’t see much of an eclipse, so far as I can tell. Other people had better experiences, tho.
